Further he passed the audit for the higher technical management in MoPTT/Deutsche Bundespost (later DT AG) after post graduate training in all fields of telecommunication engineering and management.
Later Mr. Dinkelberg attended special courses to become qualified for international project management assignments of Deutsche Telecom AG and governmental organization providing foreign aid. His qualification included high level courses on project management, business development and planning, technical certification, training.
His has been assignments then for nine years to projects in Nicaragua and Peru. Afterwards he joined for two years a joint venture of DT AG in the Philippines as head of constructions. After a two years assignment in HQ of DT AG as coordinator for international projects Mr Dinkelberg became president and CEO Americas for a manufacturer of Wireless-in-the-local Loop systems. During his nine years assignment he has been responsible for turn-key project with customers in different Latin American countries:
- Argentina
- Chile
- Guatemala
- Panama
- Ecuador
Mr. Dinkelberg has gained high experience reputation especially within Latin America, Asia and Europe.
